How it works

Polysilazane

Developed in Japan

Osaka · Hiroshima

From liquid to glass.

It goes on as a liquid and reacts with moisture in the air to form a layer of glass about 0.5 µm thick – 90% cured within 30 minutes, fully hard in 48 hours.

01 · Surface

Two ways to stay clean.

Water beads and rolls away

On paint and glass, a water contact angle above 100° makes water bead up and roll off, carrying dirt with it.

Water sheets and cleans

On wheels, a hydrophilic finish lets water sheet across the surface, so brake dust and grime rinse away.

02 · Proof

Independent lab testing.

Ceramic Coating – Multi-Surface Black, unless noted.

Pencil hardness

9H (JIS K 5600-5-4)

Gloss retention

Above 90% after UV equivalent to 5 years

Water contact angle

Above 100°

Chemical resistance

No breakdown at pH 3 or pH 11

Heat resistance

Transient heat to 1,300 °C (Ceramic Coating – Wheel)
